Christ the King Parish is currently in the process of twinning with a parish in Lima, Peru. This wonderful and exciting arrangement is being spear-headed by the Justice and Peace Group with the parish.

The next meeting of the Parish Forum is on this Thursday, 12th June at 8:00pm.

The Bridge Club in Need of Players
The Bridge Club, which meets at 7:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of every month, is in need of some new players. A basic knowledge of the rules is necessary, but abilities are varied. Come with a partner or alone. The winning pair receives a bottle of wine each. Entry costs are a modest £1.50 per player.

Proposed Orange Base Station
Orange, the mobile phone company, is proposing to install a base station on the roof of Beaumont House on Arthur Road. Mr. Steve Clark, Head of Planning for the London Borough of Merton, is leading a group of concerned citizens to protest this installation.
